Hedge cutting

Many gardens contain large hedges which owners or gardeners are no longer able to maintain. I have all the equipment and skills necessary to carry out hedge maintenance, whether it involves climbing inside the hedge or pruning it from the outside using a ladder or platform.

New hedges require formative pruning for their first years after planting, usually carried out in Winter or Spring.

Hedge trimming

Maintenance trimming of hedges is carried out, usually once a year for informal hedges and twice a year for formal hedges. Some formal hedges may need three cuts a year. Spring and Summer is the best time for maintenance trimming.
